These terms cover the Permis Belge Théorie B app for Android (package net.mydrivingtest.belgiumtheory), published on Google Play by the developer Irish App Services. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Irish App Services. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how the app handles data.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app or its question content, except where the law allows it. Your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
Independent study tool
The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Flemish Departement Mobiliteit en Openbare Werken, SPW Mobilité et Infrastructures in Wallonia, Bruxelles Mobilité, any Belgian exam centre, the Belgian federal or regional governments, or any driving school. Practice questions are written to help you study for the category B theory exam; they are not official exam questions, and the app's mock test is a practice simulation, not the official exam. We work to keep content accurate but cannot guarantee it. Passing practice tests does not guarantee passing the official exam. Always check current rules and exam information with the authority of your region (vlaanderen.be, wallonie.be or be.brussels).
Purchases and subscriptions
- Some content is free. Premium access is offered as weekly, monthly or annual subscriptions, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment. It does not renew and can be restored with the same Google account using "Restore Purchases".
- Google Play processes payments and refunds under its own refund policies.
Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is". We may update, change or remove features or content. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, such as the outcome of an official test. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version.
