737 Type Rating Exam Prep
Terms of use
Last updated 21 October 2026.
These terms cover the 737 Type Rating Exam Prep app for Android (package net.mydrivingtest.type737prep), published on Google Play by the developer Irish App Services. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Irish App Services. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how the app handles data.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app or its question content, except where the law allows it. Your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
Independent study tool, not for operational use
The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Boeing Company, the FAA, EASA, the Irish Aviation Authority, the UK Civil Aviation Authority or any other aviation authority, or any airline, operator or training organisation. Its questions are written to help you study aircraft general knowledge and Boeing 737 systems; they are not an official examination bank.
The app is for study only. Do not use it for flight planning, flight operations or any operational decision. Always follow your approved aircraft documentation, your operator's procedures and your training organisation. We work to keep content accurate but cannot guarantee it, and aircraft variants, operators and regulations differ. Passing practice questions does not guarantee passing any official examination or check.
Purchases
- Some content is free. Full access is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. There is no subscription, and the purchase does not renew.
- Lifetime access can be restored with the same Google account using "Restore access".
- Google Play processes payments and refunds under its own refund policies.
Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is". We may update, change or remove features or content. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, such as the outcome of an official examination or check. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version.
